Logi Options+ stuck at loading animation (Windows 11)

The Logi Options+ sometimes cannot start and get stuck at the loading animation (spinning circle). After reinstallation, this problem was solved for a while, yet appeared again after couple days. Is it possible to fix this issue? Thank you. Platform: Windows 11 23H2, OS Build 22631.2715. Device: MX Master 3, MX Keys

    Having same issues with the app just spinning. Reinstalled, restarted still not loading. also on Win 10. Is there someone from the development team able to fix it? is it normal to have a bug opened since years that are still under review? lack of skills, resource, management?

    My issue started when I attempted to uninstall the old LogiOptions app. That is what triggered Logitech Options Plus to just spin forever and not work. I suggest that the Devs work out which .dll's get cross-referenced between the two versions of their software. Something isn't getting replaced when re-installing LogiOptions+.

    I have the same problem.. Killing processes and even uninstall + reinstall does not work - circle still spinning, loading forever. How this cannot be fixed in such a long time?? and nobody from logitech even reacts :(. Nobody wants any AI in here but stable software is crucial!! MX Master2s + MX keys S

    Have the same problem in 2025 on Windows 10. Killing everything Logi* in the task manager helped.

    Maybe instead of incorporating unnecessary AI bloat in the software, focus on making it more stable.

    I never experienced this before October 2024 after an update. I reverted to an older version of Logi options (I used 1.44.415778) which seems to have fixed it, you just have to make sure you turn off auto-update so it doesn't update to the current broken version.

    I have that problem too ... ... ...

    It's annoying to buy a product 100€ + and then have a software who prevents you from being able to use this product properly ...

    My Logi Options does the same thing, I have tried uninstalling both Logi Options and the + ptogram, The + programn just spins.
