Hello. I have MX keys at work with Win10 Pro without Logi Options+ app. There everything works fine. I have also MX keys and mouse at home. Again on Win10 Pro and with LO+ app installed. At home, the keyboard is periodically lighting the backlight on and off (after few minutes). Moreover, at home media keys (play/pause, next, prev) are not working with Google Chrome (they works with other apps). At work there is no problem with same Chrome (updated). I won't uninstall the app as I use it to config MX mouse behavior for picture viewer and for Fusion360. Do you have any advice, please? All sw I am using is updated and in its last version.
