your application has not worked with shortcuts in Blender on mac os for a very long time. if you try to make a hotkey for shift+z it will only pass down Z to Blender. I've waited long enough for you to fix this issue and along side the bad detection of which software is currently running for profile switching I'm pretty sick of the issues with your software. I will never buy logitec hardware again.
