Mouse profiles

Allow multiple custom mouse profiles that aren't application dependent. Also, allow profile switching/cycling via mouse buttons/gestures.

    Yes please! The new 'Action Rings" feature has profiles please add them to the mouse. Currently the mouse is restricted to applications.
