Every time I put my Windows 10 computer to sleep overnight, my mouse customizations don't work, and Logi Options+ fails to launch. When I try, a window opens briefly, and I get a spinning circle for a few seconds, then it closes. Until now I've had to restart my computer every morning to get it to work, but I just discovered that it can be fixed by manually quitting "Logi Options+ Agent" in the Task Manager, then opening Options+. So something's happening with the Agent that's causing this. I learned this on a Reddit thread where more than a dozen users had this same problem (and the same solution of quitting the Agent).
