Would like to see more functionality in the Logitech Options+ software so that some of the extended buttons/thumb rollers/etc. can be mapped to emulate joysticks and/or other game controls (esp. for thumb roller, etc. where games have no idea of what a thumb roller is, but if Logitech Options could make the roller appear as a Joystick or Game controller that the game DOES recognize, this would be a really powerful gaming mouse). Please take a look at reWASD for some context and prove that this is viable. Maybe Logitech should just BUY OUT / license the reWASD key remapping/mouse remapping middleware to expand the limited capabilities of the Options+ SW.
