Received the Triathlon M720 as a gift. My previous mouse was going in and out and it was a Logitech. Imagine how I had to weep for humanity when I discovered it was not plug and play and couldn't click the button to get the app on my pc to be able to use it. I had to try to get the previous mouse to work...then go to my sons house to borrow an old mouse to be able to finally click to start the down load.
Not everyone is Tech savy nor is everyone able to read the micro print that is in and on the package that might have told me the answer to my issue.
