I think you need to fire your current software engineers and get people who thoroughly check their own work. My options+ installed a new update today and completely reset all of my settings. And it overwrote my backups so I had to set it all up from scratch and disable auto backups and auto updates from now on. Fact is, your engineers should not have overlooked something as basic as making sure updates don't reset our settings. And this does not even include the fact that options+ has less options and functions than the original options but that's an issue for your designers who clearly sacrificed functionality for aesthetics. I honestly don't see any benefit using options+ and it's unacceptable that MX Master 3s can't use options, which was not buggy for me. The least it can do is remember my customizations without the software. We don't seem to get any flexibility with this piece of **** and it's frustrating because this is the first time in over ten years that I've come across such bad programming from Logitech. The only reason I ever bought your products was because your programming quality was second to none. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore and it's incredibly disappointing and upsetting.
