I would like to point out some issues with the smooth scrolling feature that make it unusable for me personally (though I like it in the places where it has its intended effect). If I scroll in or out on a website, it always jumps at least two steps, but not the same amount every time either, sometimes it's more. What's particularly annoying for me though, is its effect in Google Sheets. Instead of the usual six, it scrolls down around fourty lines at a time, and here it also slightly varies every time how many lines it will scroll exactly. I don't know if that is an issue with the feature or with how Sheets interprets the input, but either way, that's my two cents.
