Occasionally Options+ is not active, configured buttons don't work. On restarting the app, it comes up with "what's new in this version". I have auto-install updates turned on.

I think what is happening, after installing an update, the app is not restarted the same way as if started when log-in to PC.

Settings page does not have controls on start at log-in nor restart after auto-install.
