I really hate the fact that I'm buying a new product and for some reason I have issues using the official company's software.

Bought a new MX Mechanical and the software requeired me to update the firmware. Of course after waiting 3-4 minutes it got stuck on 99% and at some point said it could not update. the keyboard stopped to work.

A NEW PRODUCT SHOULD NOT DO ANY PROBLEMS, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU USE IT'S SOFTWARE AND ITS RECCOMENDATION.
