few suggestions:
* no sound click mouse and scroll. the sound on scrolling is annoying sometimes and clicks as well. it would be nice to make mouse which doesn't make any sound for scroll or click
* option to return and replace existing mouse/keyboards - like a trade-in option for new keyboard/mouse
