Why does the MX Ergo or Logi OPtions, not sure from which direction this is happening, every month or two disconnect from the app??? And when it does, the mouse starts to go haywire, for instance, today it switched the scroll direction spontaneously. I paid a crazy amount of money for this mouse and it has a mind of it's own and your software doesn't work.
