The backlight is a bit of a problem for normal typing, usually it turns off after a very short pause and takes too long to light back up even during active typing. It doesn't reliably detect that fingers are touching it. So I think the time it takes to turn off should be extended to at least half a minute. Or just be able to set permanently on with a key combination, when you know you will be working for a while. The backlight on/off constantly is very distracting, which is odd for something like a keyboard to be the source of.
