I got the ERGO M575, and you people loaded a whole bunch of software on my laptop. You even put an icon on my screen, whereby I supposedly can contact you. YOUR LOGIN PROCEDURE DOES NOT WORK. i DO NOT GET THE IMMEDIATE RE-LOGIN EMAIL. There is no obvious war of working around that.
Also, there is nothing in your so-called user materials that explains what the two buttons are for, on the left side of the left-click button. I was hoping that I could get into your site and find some instructional material.
