MX Keys Mini: Volume up and Insert Fn-toggle is reversed from rest of the Fn-keys.

As a STEM student, this bothers me all the time when I use Word Office, because I need to use Windows laptop to edit math equations. Once I forget it is inverted, I might swith type-mode and overwrite some of my works.

This is infuriating

I noticed this happening, and then realised my MX keys 'Function lock' was on. After pressing Fn + esc, it reverted back to the normal behaviour and I can use volume up / down easily again!

Hello everyone,
Despite my best efforts, I was unable to adapt to the proprietary behaviour of the MX Keys Mini. I have put it on the shelf, hoping that one day this issue will be fixed. In the meantime, I have returned to using my previous K380 keyboard.
Fingers crossed for a future fix. Good luck to all!

Hello, this has already been raised, but I want raise this again since its been two years and no fix.
The MX Keys Mini keyboard has innfuriating behaviour on the Volume Up / Ins key: It simply does not honour enabled "Fn" lock.
This then means:
Audio Mute == Fn + mute symbol
Volume Down == Fn + volume down symbol
Volume Up == volump up symbol (and DO NOT hold the Fn key)

Dear Logi Team,
In a previous ticket (which I can no longer locate), we received the following response:
----------------------------------------
"FN Lock" is applicable only for the function keys from "F1-F12". The “Ins” in the Volume Up key will work irrelevant of the “Fn Keys Toggle” setting. As this key is not an Fn Key, the Fn Keys toggle will change the behavior of Fn keys only till F12 key in F-Row.To use Volume Up, you just need to press the button. To use the Insert function, you have to press Fn+Volume Up keys every time. It has no connection with Fn keys and toggling them to be standard or media keys will have no impact on this key even though they are available in the F-Row."
----------------------------------------Please review the attached file. It shows two keyboards that I own and love, both of which have the same 'Ins' key layout.
The MX Keys Mini has the described problem, while the K380 works as expected.
Given this, if you stand by the statement:
"The “Ins” in the Volume Up key will work irrelevant of the “Fn Keys Toggle” setting"Maybe all keyboards should be aligned to this behaviour? Which is good, it would be consistent with your company standards. And maybe it would be possible to collect more user feedback.
----------------------------------------
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
A Fan -

This has been a problem for so long now. Since this is the same as the insert key, which can be disabled in the settings, there's probably some stupid reason why this isn't already fixed.
My current workaround is to move volume up/down to F11 and F12 instead and let the insert key handle mute/unmute. Still want a real fix.
