It would be better if these options are taken care of in the coming updates. These are my 4 main suggestions that I feel annoying each and every time while using this MX Master 3 mouse for a long time.

1) There should be an option to select multiple software at once to add a specific function to a button.

2) For some software, there was no "Gesture" option available in the "Other Action" section for the 2 buttons under the horizontal scroll wheel.

3) Neither I nor any of my friends who used this mouse have used any predefined customization. Cuz they are not that efficient. They all customized the buttons according to their needs in order to use it's full potential. Either assign the "Gesture" feature to all buttons or please add an option to toggle predefined customizations.

4) It would be better if there were an option to add 2 or more keyboard shortcuts at a single click. Say like, Ctrl + X and Ctrl + V at the same time. I find it would help a lot with some software like blender and premiere pro.

I am taking the time to write this only because I like this mouse so much. I am highly satisfied with its connectivity, latency, and its battery. All works just amazing!
