The app is basically useless on Mac because it requires every single day to restart the computer saying that the "loginwindow" is blocking this app to work correctly. So I went through the proposed steps and guess what application is actually blocking that? Kernel :) So in order to kill this app, you need to kill Kernel which restarts your computer. Great stuff...
