I am writing as someone who has been using Logitech since pretty much the beginning. I have loved your products for years, however, I am starting to feel like the premium price I have been paying does not reflect the quality anymore. Starting with numerous connection issues, with the dongle or just bluetooth, I own several mx mice, mx anywhere, mx 3, mx keys and now I received a max craft, I am not done with the instalation and I am already regretting this expensive purchase, how can you possibly justify that Logi Options + does not offer support for the craft keyboard? Also,the other suggested app keeps crashing on mac! Completely, absolutely unacceptable! I have only just saw the huge amount of negative reviews on your site about this problem, logitech, you guys have a much better reputation than this, you should be ashamed to even allow this to happen. We as professionals depend on companies like you to enhance productivity, and after spending several hundreds in accessories to have to deal with apps that dont work is just completely unacceptable! I am beyond outraged, I feel tricked for having bought a product that is being advertised as premium and it turns out its obsolete. I really hope you can offer a solution for this.
