Hi there, I just got a weird problem for my k380, the system I am running is Windows11 Professional. The problem is my k380's @ and " swapped, so right now, when I press shift + number 2, instead of @, it will give me a ", and when I press shift + ', it will gives me a @.
I tried to reset the keyboard to its factory settings, but had no luck.
How can I swap these two keys back? thank you very much!
