Pls move the shift wheel mode to Gesture button options. Currently, I can assign either shift wheel mode or other gestures.

Secondly, I don't see the where to apply global setting to other application.

Thirdly, after assigning function to a button, I don't know how to make it applied, and don't see the changing effect.
