When using Logi Options+ on MacOS with two different user accounts, I consistently see "Downloading" for my MX Master and MX Keys hardware items, and the buttons/keys are not working as expected. My internet connection is working well 300mbps, so I think this is not the issue. I've also often had to click to "restart the back-end service".
