Mute button doesn't work unless Logi app is open on desktop
The changes on my MX Master keyboard do not work unless the Logi App is open.
I recently changed a key to a 'mute' button. But it doesn't mute, only when I opened the Logi app on my pc desktop that it worked without doing anything else.
