My MX Anywhere 3 for Mac first stopped scrolling in Chrome (at least in Github pages): I had to click the scrollbar to get anywhere. I turned it off and on, and scrolling resumed.

I'll add that this is a 2019 MacBook, Intel, not the whizzy M1.

After that, there was a lag in detecting mouse movement. I looked at Activity Monitor to see if anything seemed out of line, then opened Logi Options+ (Beta).

The mouse is listed as "INACTIVE". My keyboard is listed, but it's not detecting the mouse.
