Many years ago, I had a mouse (unknown make) that allowed the pointer to move rapidly over a large area if I moved the mouse in fast, broad strokes. But if I was moving the mouse slowly to do fine detail work, the pointer movement was slower to allow for the precision work. Why not available in this expensive new MX Master 3 mouse?!!!

Also, in Firefox, pressing the wheel down to trigger auto-scrolling is very balky and I have to sometimes press it several times to get it to stick. And the scrolling occasionally may unstick by itself as well.
