My Mx Master 3 was connected to Mac successfully and works fine as a normal mouse, while Logi Options+ cannot detect it. (Nothing happened after I disconnect and reconnect in system bluetooth settings.)
(I installed Options+ today because previously installed Options cannot work today and toasted an alert which told me that Mx Master3 is not supported any more and to install Options+)
