A few days ago, both the mouse MX MASTER 3 & the keyboard MX KEYS for Mac, switched to the basic mode with the mouse scroll ai default setting and special function dedicated keys like the calculator disabled and I get the Logi Option+ (Beta) window stuck with a message something like "back end problem". My question is, was it dialling the Logitech servers? If so why does this app need to connect withe Logitech servers and freeze the peripherals in the process? Its after all supposed to be locally connected to my computer and still without being connected to the internet
