Scrolling performance in Google Sheets is poor. It takes 2 clicks (ratchet turns) of the scroll wheel before a sheet will scroll at all, and it will scroll either 2 or 3 rows at a time. Ideally it should be 1 click = 1 row. No scroll setting changes affects this.
