Hi,

I own an MX Master 3 and I use it with my MacBook Pro. When the MX works, it's perfect and amazing. When it doesn't, it becomes so annoying. My issue is that now and then, the scroll wheel's scrolling direction will turn from Natural to Standard. I prefer Natural, but when I go to switch it back, it remains on Standard even after I changed settings. I've resetted my computer and the mouse numerous times, yet this issue persists. Please advise because I really enjoy using this mouse and as a student, I rely on it everyday.
