Grayed out controls appear disabled
The off toggles in settings look disabled. You need four distinct looks:
1: Disabled/On
2: Disabled/Off
3: Enabled/On
4: Disabled/Off
Add the outline color back to the control when it's enabled. Grey it out if the user can't interact with it.
