Issue: all of a sudden, on one of my computer, the thumbwheel starts to acting weirdly on chrome. previously I set it to navigate tabs. now it just acts like it only clicks "tab" (and jump between elements within the page). and switching to using keyboard shortcut also doesn't work. for example I tried to record "control +tab", but it only received "control". what's even stranger is that on my other computer it works fine (same mouse). So might be some glitch on this computer's settings/profiles, or another app could be interfiering? please advice. thank you.
