Hi, I'm writing this email with severe disappointment towards this software. It will not detect my mouse properly, other times the software will not start, or will keep looping when I try to log in to my account and now - even though my mouse is connected - it will not detect ANYTHING at all. FYI - I'm using the M1 Pro Mac and the MX Master 3 (this issue is also present in my Intel Mac as well). Thanks.
