The app keeps on showing "inactive" but my mouse is definitely connected because I'm using it right now. Also, the scroll behavior has to be switched back and forth on macOS. I use the natural scroll direction in macOS settings but then I have to uncheck it on the mouse and it gets confused so I have to switch it back and forth all of the time.
