I'd like to set custom behavior for Adobe XD, which is an UWP app. It doesn't show in list of installed apps and I cannot navigate to its install folder (I don't want to mess with system privileges). Therefore I suggest to obtain a list of installed applications in Windows 11 (or even 10, I guess) by other means, which would include UWP apps.
