I would like to be able to assign macros with multiple inputs to a single gesture or button press. For example, in Ableton Live I have to alt-click then press Ctrl+E to split an audio clip precisely. I currently have to use two separate mouse buttons to do this when it could easily be assigned to one, freeing up another button for another macro. It would also allow you to do things that aren't possible with the current setup (i.e. using Ctrl+F then a text entry to find a commonly used file or plugin in a browser).
