I use "docking stations" or hubs and I have unifying receivers in all of them. I went ALL IN on logitech b/c idea of FLOW, multi-device use, custom configs, and form were so cool to me. I have MX keys, MX Craft Advanced, mx master 3, AND mx anywhere. EVERY time i plug in a new dock or unplug or switch, i have to reconfigure it/connect it. It's so maddening. What am i doing wrong? also, why is there options AND options+? why does reconnecting a device create a seperate new device in options despite being exact same device? FLOW is so glitchy. Customizations for mouse never stick or don't work. IDK what this is. I guess i'm just bummed bc i spent so much on so many logi products that i want to be in love with but don't ever seem to work. Any fixes, ideas, hope, help, support, or customer service available to help me be less sad about it all? thanks and be well.
