Erratic and inconsistent scrolling

something is seriously wrong with the scroll behavior after the latest update. it's jerky, slow and unusable. I'm going to have to use another mouse until this is fixed!

    Any update on this? I've had to disable logioptionsplus_agent and logioptionsplus_updater to get the scroll to function properly but that disables all the special functionality of the mouse.
