I just installed the Logi Options Beta on my MacBook Pro. I own a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse, which is connected to the MacBook via Bluetooth. However, the Logi Options software won't go past the screen saying "Good Morning. Connect your devices", with an animated bluetooth icon, even though my Logitech mouse clearly is connected by bluetooth and controlling the cursor.
