Multiple problems:

1) this app shuts itself off regularliy and I am constantly having to re-open it;
2) when opening it, it says both the MX Keyboard and mouse are "inactive" when they aren't
3) "Flow" generally doesn't work ((I've set it to use the CTRL key option)
4) the app usually won't open on my Macbook Air 2020...the wheel just keeps spinning, even after a full re-boot of the laptop
