It's a feedback for added functionality to the software Logitech Options+. It would be nice to have the option of long-press programable keys to add a second function.
Example: single press on the camera key will take a SS but long press will open a custom screen recorder. Or by default the F keys would act as normal but on long press will do added functionality.
