I use an MX Master 3, the gesture button is particularly useful. If my Mac goes to sleep, when it wakes the gesture button does not function normally, instead it behaves like like command+tab. I also have the password manager bitwarden installed, which I have set to lock on system sleep. I have to unlock bitwarden with TouchID before the gesture button works normally again.
