DPI Setting / Equivalent DPI Setting

On the product page for the MX Master 3 (Specs & Details Section), it says the DPI can be changed from 200-4000 DPI in increments of 50. There is no option in the software to change this. I don't ~need~ a true 800 DPI, but I would at least like to know what equivalent sensitivity would be 800 DPI. Is 0% equiv to 200 DPI? Is 100% equiv to 4000 DPI?

All the support forums, reddit etc. makes it seem like the mouse's true DPI is 1000, but the sensitivity will change it's effective sensitivity, not the sensor DPI. Can we get a straight answer on this?
