Stop using cheap microswitch, please use japanese microsswitch, it would last longer and doesn't have double click issue. People are getting smarter and would stop using your products all together, i know i won't using your product anymore

Brightness keys don't send DDC commands to the monitor
The brightness keys on the keyboard don't change the brightness of my monitor. I know for certain that the monitor supports DDC/CI protocol, because I am able to control its brightness through other third-party software. It seems that Logi Options does not attempt to use this protocol, which is a shame, cause this is a pretty standard setup for a desktop PC...

Dear Logitech Team,
I would like to provide feedback regarding the display of the K380 keyboard in the Logi Options+ software. I’ve noticed that the color displayed in the software doesn’t always match the actual color of the device purchased. In my case, my keyboard is a specific color, but it’s shown as pink in the Logi Options+ interface.
While I don’t have any issue with the color pink, I believe the software should ensure consistency between the real color of the device and its visual representation. This is particularly important given that the K380 is available in various colors,…

I'm using the Elgato Stream deck with the page toggle key set.
Normally, when I press the left arrow key, in the case of the first page, pressing the key to the left switches to the last page of the screen.
However, when I press the left button on the MX Creative Keypad on the first page, there is no response.
I hope that in the first page, the left button can be pressed to switch to the last page.

Provide a keyboard text completion feature like Apple support on Mac
On my Mac I use keyboard text completion (provided by Apple in the OS). For example, I have "srgc" set to expand to "steven.reddie@gmail.com". I'd like a similar feature on Windows. I don't think that MIcrosoft provides it so perhaps you could support such a feature. Thanks.

Please add the option to name (or rename) devices. I have 2 MX Mouse and Keyboards, one for the office, one for home. I have different customizations for the home set up so it would be nice to rename the devices.

Logi Options+ Camera and Litra Lighting Automation
Need ability to automate Litra Glow with Logi Cam c920. When the camera is on there needs to be a configuration item like in ghub where you can automate lighting to turn on automatically. Work will not let us install ghub but will allow logi plus. Why doesn't logi plus have similar features as ghub for camera and lighting?

Turn off backups and all Restore backups for new devices
There's no point in having backups automatically for a new device. A new device gets a paired and then automatically backups up overwriting default settings over backups (makes no sense). There should be an option to restore from backup when there's a new device before starting backups. Several times I've had to re customize peripherals such as mx series mice because it will backup and over write existing settings out the box.

Mac Logitech Keyboard Ctrl Key Swap
I would love for my keyboard to be available on the logitech app. I struggle with the windows key on the keyboard being used as the apple command key, instead of the control key. I'd love to be able to swap the key settings in the app, since I go from Windows at work to a Mac at home. It's like I'm rewiring my brain and habits every time I use a computer. I use the pink logitech keyboard and mouse at home.

MX Creative cannot add MacOS system default apps as personalized shortcut setting
MX Creative cannot add system default apps as personalized shortcut settings.
When I previously used Tourbox to set up shortcuts, I was able to set the MacOS system's Finder App as a switchable option, but I can't find the system's Finder App on MX Creative, I hope it can be optimized to make MacOS built-in apps selectable for personalized settings.1 vote -
NO Smooth Scroll in MAC
I have been using the Logitech LIFT mouse for the past year with my Windows laptop and have greatly appreciated its performance. Recently, I began using it with my Mac, and I noticed that the Mac version of the Logitech Options app does not include an option for "Smooth Scrolling." As a result, I am experiencing some stuttering when scrolling, which detracts from the user experience, especially since I am accustomed to smooth scrolling.
I would greatly appreciate it if this feature could be incorporated in a future update. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pas content matériel non compatible avec les dongues unifying
On dis toujours que c'est toujours mieux avant, c'est toujours vrai, achat de la mx master 3 pour remplacer la 2 qui commence à fatiguer, impossible de connecter les deux autres pc qui ont des dongle unifying, donc la souris va repartir chez Amazon comme le clavier et je vais laisser tomber cette marque qui prends les clients pour des Américains, pas envie de changer du matériel qui fonctionne correctement
