I am using MX Mechanical on MacOS Sonoma and the experience is the same. The keyboard goes inactive sometimes in seconds, as I type, the first parts are missing and it registers the strokes further along the entry. I have to go back and retype or delete etc. I am using Bluetooth connection.
I tried Bolt connection, which turns out to be more stable. Which makes me think this is a BT issue on the OS, but I cannot find a setting that would fix it.
I am asking for a Logitech Options+ setting solution, where I can simply turn off auto-soft-sleep or change BT connectivity within the app.
