    I am facing the same issue! When I press the brightness up/down buttons on my MX Keys, my laptop's brightness changes. This works on both my Windows 11 and macOS laptop. But the brightness popup doesn't show up on my Windows laptop, it only shows up on my MacBook Pro.

    When I press the brightness up/down buttons on my Windows laptop's built-in keyboard, the brightness popup is displayed.
