problem : having to move to multiple window to use ai generation.
Lets use as example replying to a email.

-open the email
-read the content
-copy the content
-open ai assistant
-paste the content
-add a prompt somewhere to customize reply
-press submit
-read generated reply
copy generated reply leaving out the header
go back to mail app
press reply to email (command R)
paste ai gnerated content
review
send

possible solutions :
create a macro that can do all that , currently the limitation are
- pressing submit in your ai prompt generator (pressing return wil not trigger submit).
-there is no way to automate the copy of the reply generated
-another limitation is not being able to copy the reply without having the gpt header

lastly this uservoice interface to type suggestion is horrible guys , give us a full size text field
