Helping with doing development
I am constantly copying and pasting code snippets into the ChatGPT window. I was hoping this could take some steps out of the process, by being able to access my copy buffer and pasting it into ChatGPT for me. But currently the text field only takes text and is not able to access the file system or any context so this is not really helpful. Also the window is too small and can't be resized.
Awesome Use Case.
In VS Code, run code and get error. Click Logitech mapped button. "Resolve Error" It automatically grabs the error from the VS Code output, Grabs the file in question with the error code, and provides a prompt that attaches the file with the error to resolve. That would save me multiple steps.
Here is what I usually end up submitting to ChatGPT (Example Steps attached).
Reducing this process would be very straight forward and would basically make you a Copilot replacement.
Just an idea.
