  1. Delayed software updates

    I'm thankful for the software update, but unfortunately, it came too late. About a month ago, after the latest Windows 10 update both keyboards suddenly stopped working. I wasted two hours trying to download a software update, but nothing on the Logitech downloads applied to my product, so I had to end up ordering a new wired keyboard and tossed out two Logitech wireless keyboards purchased in 2022.   2. Vertical mouse causes mx keyboard stop working with flow

    Just bought the vertical mouse to replace my MX mouse. The vertical mouse would stop working when I plug in USB C power to it. (it can not switch to another computer). Secondly, the MX keyboard stop working with flow and have to manually press the select # to switch

  3. Waste of time and money

    This product is garbage and was a complete waste of $15. it didn't include a usb pin and loses connectivity. File it under trying to build a better mousetrap. Thanks for nothing.

  4. Windows Apps Build Up in the Add Apps List

    Whenever a Windows App is updated, the directory location to that app is changed.

    When the settings were saved as a json file, it was a simple matter of changing the directory location in that file for the app in question.

    Since the settings are now saved to a data file, this method no longer works.
    It is now necessary to delete the app from the "Buttons" app list and the "Point and Scroll" list, and then re-add the app at the new directory location.
    This is okay, but the app begins to accumulate in the "Add Application" list.

  5. Missing options in New Teams

    For the new version of MS Teams (Microsoft Teams version 23231.413.2355.7555) there are no options to mute or unmute the Mic, or disable and enable the camera in the standard options lists, this was useful rather than fumbling for the icons.

    Keine Idee aber eine "Beschwerde" Die MX3 Master Maus macht mächtig Probleme (schon die zweite Maus). Die Verbindung unterbricht insbesondere beim Wechsel der Scrollradfunktion (welche nicht funktioniert, das Mausrad bleibt auf dem Rastermodus). Das drucken der Umschalttaste führ nur zum Abbruch der Bluetooth verbindung.

  13. Shortcuts with ctrl in it stops working

    It happens quite often that all actions bind to additional keyboard/mouse buttons that utilise ctrl key stop working. For example I have Prev/Next Desktop action bind to mouse buttons. And now they work as just left/right arrows (orignal shortcut is ctrl+left/right arrow). Logout button on keybord, just types 'q' (original shortcut is cmd+ctrl+q).
    I'm using actions predefiend in logi+ and this is quite old issue (happened in old app too)

  14. Boczny scroll plus stabilność apki

    Moglibyście dodać, do obsługi bocznego koła że zamiast tylko skrótu klawiszy obsługiwał jakiś zakres, gdyz np jak używam solidworksa to bym sobie przełączał widoki od ctrl+1 do ctrl+8 przez ctrl+2, ctrl+3 i tak dalej a tak to obsługuje tylko 2 położenia co dla koła jest bez sensu trochę. Dodatkowo ulepszcie stabilność aplikacji np używam myszki na komputerze i laptopie i wymienność ustawień jest straszan, przywracanie ustawień nie działa za dobrze, czasami urządzenie nie jest wczytywane do aplikacji chcociaż działa normalnie. Ogólnie zwiększenie stabliności apki dużo poprawi, jednak są to sprzęty premium a to trochę odbiera im

    I AM UNINSTALLING YOUR PIECE OF **** SOFTWARE. It puts a microphone icon with a little black X up in my menu bar AFTER I forcequit the ******* app, and when I DON'T HAVE ANY ******* LOGI **** CONNECTED. I can't get rid of it. What the *?   19. PREMIERE PRO 24 MISSING OPTIONS

    Premiere pro 24 doe NOT work with options. I can not put the settings I want for my mouse. Please FIX IT. Even though it recognizes the app as premiere pro all the options related to premire pro are missing. I only get generic ones.

  20. Zoom in and out custom gesture on Mac only not available

    When you try to add CUSTOM gestures on Mac, "Zoom in" and "Zoom out" are not available, but on windows it is available, because the reason for example is, yes i can use the preset gesture for zoom in and zoom out, but i do not want the other features which is "rotate" and "smart zoom" i only want zoom in and zoom out feature hence i would like to add "custom gestures", but when you go custom the zoom in and out only gesture is not there for Mac only!
