  1. Nothing better than regular Option

    What is the point to release Options+ if the new app is not going to match up features provided in Option? For example, I can set Fn button on my keyboard to control my mouse H. scroll to control volume, but I do not find such settings in Options+.

  2. MX Keys is not showing up in Logi Options+ on Mac

    My MX Keys is not showing up in Logi Options+ on my Mac. I'm using a 2015 Macbook Pro (so an Intel version) with a bluetooth connection. They keyboard is connected and works but it doesn't show up in Logi Options+. It previously worked fine in Logitech Options. I uninstalled Logitech Options so I would have thought they wouldn't conflict.

  3. Inactive while in use in Options+

    This "inactive" status started happening to me after logitech upgraded from logitech options to options+. I've attempted to completely remove both softwares and clean cache, restart after every installation for good measure but it seems like it occurs after switching back and forward between different devices and/or being inactive for several hours while using another "bluetooth" device. I'm currently using the Unify dongle, i've attempted the same with my second dongle that came with my mx master 3 and the behavior is the same.   4. MX master 3 not connecting to logitech software

    Mouse is connected to computer for usage but it's not connected in Logi+, which causes all the settings to reset to default when using while not connected in Logi+. When the computer wakes from sleep the next time around, the mouse may or may not connect to Logi+. The inconsistency in connection and settings is disruptive to the user experience. I have owned logitech products for 10+ years (15+devices) and have never experienced this problem before with previous software (I own 3 MX master 2, the previous model).     Comprei o mouse mx master 3 e já estou amando! Mas uma coisa que faz falta é a porcentagem de carga real em que o aparelho se encontra, poderiam implementar isso também!

  6. Make MX mouse customizations compatible with Universal Control.

    Customizations do not carry over to other mac when using universal control. I already read article: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/5113757817879
    which says that you have to connect the mouse directly to other computer or use FLOW to use customizations. However, I have been using a paid third party app - Sharemouse for the last couple of years with my Logitech devices and it always successfully carries over the customized settings so I know settings can be carried over wirelessly without FLOW.   8. Backlight leve adjustment in Options+

    I would like to be able to adjust the keyboard backlight levels via the application. Adjusting the keyboard backlight is an infrequent action. So, having it in the app means I can use the dedicated backlight keys on the keyboard for other functions.

  9. Firmware update failed until "Cancel" and then "Update"

    How do I remove a paired computer from the Easy-Switch settings on my MX Keyboard?
    The "Check for Update" on my MX Keyboard said there was an update. I clicked to run the update, and 20 minutes later it was still flashing red-green. I clicked "Check for update" again, and clicked update and let it run another 10 minutes. Then I clicked "Check for Update" a 3rd time and clicked "Cancel".   10. MX Master Button Programming

    I have a MX Master 3 mouse set with the middle button to have a key combination of "Ctrl + F4" it was working with logitech options but when upgrading to options + it stopped working in one of my programs. I've tried reprogramming the button but it still doesn't work. Any help/updates would be very helpfull.

  12. app multiple same devices instead of one

    I use M1 2020 Macbook pro and in my computer logitech options+ software shows multiple mouse devices and multiple keyboards. I use only one mx master 3 and mx keys. I have connected with bluetooth and need to mention that other than this ui issue everything looks functional for now

  14. MX Key light bug + Idea

    Hi Guys,
    Please make the light level of MX Keyboard constant. Every time that the keyboards disconnects from the host machine, its light level sets to the factory default value which uses lots of battery and reduces battery life.

    Also please add a feature so that we can combine FN key with any other key on the keyboard to be able to assign more actions

  15. Some gesture assignments not working at all

    • Gesture actions are not working if Logi Options+ is not focused
    • Gesture distance mouse needs to be moved is way to high -> adjustment slider

  16. gestures insanely unsensitive

    With options+ the gestures are so unsensitive. I used to be able to do gestures by just moving the mouse 1mm. Now I need to move it way further. Additionally, now it is almost impossible to chain multiple gestures while pressing the same button. Can you please add a slider to configure the sensitivity?? The only reason I bought this mouse was to use gestures, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

    There are 2 BIG shortcuts that you guys are surprisingly missing from the long list of 'fn key short-cut-options:

    You guys are literally the best, truly grateful for this app and the work you guys put in. I hate to ask for 2 or even 1 more shortcut here, -- but it would ultimately make me as efficient as possible using Logitech gear

    On the new Logitech Options the "Caps Lock" popup on the display is so tiny it is almost unreadable and seems to be no way to enlarge it.

  20. Issues and suggestions

    Sometimes (10-15 times by month) my shortcuts configured on my devices are not working. I need to swith off my devices to try to recover them or to launch the Logitech Options Apps.
    And something which could be really great because I do it everyday! Is to be able to disable light by default when you switch on your keyboard. Every time I used my keyboard I do it and it's boring.
