1. K380 Error

   I am using the K380 model. I was previously using Logi Options, and upgraded to Logi Options+ to use it with the Lift vertical model. However, I have experienced typing delays when using the K380 since upgrading to the plus+ version. Please improve this.

4. Software goes stuck when I click the backlighting button to adjust my MXKEYS MINI on Macbook pro

   After update to the version:1.85.655119, I cannot open the new settings (backlighting) of MX KEYS MINI, which means when I click the backlighting button to adjust my MXKEYS MINI, the software goes white and stuck and I can do nothing other than quit the software. So, I cannot completely turn off the keyboard's backlight, which disturb me a lot.
   However, when I tried to use the same software version on Windows, it turned to be all right. But my main computer is a MACBOOK.
   Hope an update to solve the problem.

7. spotlight 簡報器相關功能問題

   在Microsoft powerpoint的簡報模式中，Spotlight簡報器啟用焦點按鈕的長按放開凍結功能後，長按焦點鍵放開成功觸發凍結功能後，無法單按一下焦點鍵取消長按的放大、焦點或雷射筆功能，短按焦點鍵、短按下一頁鍵會直接進入下一頁，短按上一頁鍵亦會回到上一頁。我需要單獨取消凍結狀態繼續簡報同一頁內容

8. No clue.. maybe 5am EST?

   I cant afford to have my mouse stop working in the middle of a tournament. I lost $5K because of an update in the middle of my game.

11. Logi Options+の不具合改善要望

    Logi Options+が自動更新されると、Firefoxブラウザでマウスの[戻る]ボタンが機能しなくなります。Logi Options+を再インストールすると直るのですが、そうするとアプリケーション毎の設定が消えてしまうので、毎回設定し直すのが面倒です。
    この不具合を修正できないのであれば、せめて再インストールしてもアプリケーションの設定が消えないように改善してください！

14. Constant Clipboard Errors in Excel/Win11 with Options+ running

    I get constant Clipboard errors in Excel when I have Options+ running (Win11, MX Master 3 mouse). I've found multiple threads reporting the same issue. Any chance we can get a fix other than uninstalling Options+?

15. Smooth scrolling is completely broken - and I found the root cause why

    TLDR: Logitech free spin wheel mice support excellent high precision scrolling, but the software/drivers disable this most of the time for no good reason. Only when certain web browser windows are focused and the smooth scrolling option is on does it work properly. Focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it could be.

    Smooth scrolling is completely broken - I have noticed that, when in free spin mode, scrolling is usually no where near as smooth and precise as it could be, even with the smooth scrolling option enabled.

    As a Windows developer, I decided to investigate this. It seems, if an Edge or Chrome window is currently focused - scrolling is way more precise and smooth - even in other windows. As soon as a window that isn't owned by Chrome or Edge receives focus, however, the scrolling experiences is poor again.

    I investigated and found the root cause - Logitech's code is only sending delta values of -12, 0 and 12 in mouse wheel messages if the window that is currently focused is not a Chrome or Edge (or possibly other web browser) window. This results in a jumpy and imprecise scrolling experience that is not appropriate for a high end free spin mouse wheel. Seems like this might be a compatibility feature or something? Which is strange considering touchpads and other free spin wheel devices don't behave this way - they just send correct delta values as expected and most apps these days support precision scrolling - plus you can always just disable free spin mode on the mouse.

    Logi options/the mouse drivers should be updated ASAP to get rid of this poor behaviour, unless the app under the pointed opts-out of precision scrolling in the app's manifest (highResolutionScrollingAware, ultraHighResolutionScrollingAware), or is in a list of exclusions managed by the user. I am not sure how you expect to compete against other high end mice with this poor behaviour. I used to use a Microsoft mouse with a free spin wheel years ago and it was way better because it always sent the correct delta values except in the situations described above.

    To try this yourself, focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it is compared to when the Chrome or Edge window is not focused.

    It seems I can't attach multiple files here, but see the attached screenshot - I used a free app I found on the MS Store to check the output delta values - as you can see the values are either -12, 0 or 12. If I could upload another screenshot, I'd show one of when a Chrome window is focused, where there are all kinds of values being sent, resulting in far more precise and smooth scrolling. Please at least add an option to enable precision/smooth scrolling not just when a Chrome or Edge window is focused - it is so disappointing how much better scrolling can be but that it is terrible most of the time because of this. I often find myself focusing a Chrome or Edge window when using Word to scroll long documents just because of how much better it makes the scrolling - it should be like this all the time, not just when a Chrome or Edge window is focused.

16. key press issue

    Many times even if I press one key it appears as if I have pressed it multiple times.
    example - I press e what gets typed is eeeeeeeeeee
    Also at times the response time between when I type and when I see on the screen is quite high.

17. Backlight while charging issue

    For about a year, I have been contacting support about an issue with my MX Keys S keyboard. The backlight would not come on when my hands came near the keyboard. Today I figured it out why. If the keyboard is plugged in to recharge the batteries, the proximity sensors do not work. When unplugged, they do. I usually keep the keyboard plugged in because the battery life is pathetic. Today I unplugged the keyboard and the backlighting started working when my hand was near the keyboard. I tested it several times to confirm that it only works if not plugged in. The backlighting will come on when plugged in if a key is pressed, but not when the hands get near the keyboard.

18. K400r not detected

    The Logi Options+ does not detect my K400r keyboard. It finds the bluetooth unifying device by will not detect keyboard. How can this be fixed so I can configure the keyboard FN keys?

19. application turns off

    logi options+ almost always turned off when my mac goes to sleep for even a second. always have to click the application to turn it back on. the program is set as programs to be turned on when the computer is on but still. almost always need to turn it back on. Unbelievably annoying and beats the purpose of buying mx series keyboard and mouse.

20. Keyboard becomes inactive during key hold

    Please allow for the adjustment of sleep timers for the keyboard. It often incorrectly becomes inactive while a single key is being held and then requires additional keypresses to become active again.
    This behavior does not happen for all apps, but certain games are affected.
